Tera Aguero is the Economic Development Coordinator of the Dayton Economic Development Corporation in Dayton, TX. She joined the DEDC team in June 2020. 

Although Aguero just began her Economic Development career in 2020 as the Administrative Assistant for DEDC, through hard work and mentorship, she was promoted to Economic Development Coordinator in April 2021. Aguero is excited to be able to grow with DEDC and to work with and help the tight-knit community of Dayton, Texas flourish.

Aguero was born and raised in Baytown, TX. After Graduating from Ross. S. Sterling High School in 2011, she went on to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. 

When not working, Tera enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, and taking her dog, Chevy, on adventures.
